Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within 5 working days (standard delivery), although this cannot be guaranteed. Some of our products are stocked at our Central Stock Warehouse, which may add an additional 2 working days to the delivery timeframe. If you wish to specify a preferred delivery date, you can do so in the Notes section during checkout, and we'll endeavour to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery days or speeds. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a notification with your scheduled delivery date. If this date is inconvenient for you, please contact us immediately at hello@flooringdiscount.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address or date. Please ensure someone is available on the day of delivery to accept, inspect, and sign for your order.

How Your Order Is Delivered
All deliveries are made 'kerbside' only and on a pallet. While we strive to provide an all-day delivery service, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you require an Estimated Time of Arrival on the day of delivery, please email us at hello@flooringdiscount.co.uk. It's essential to inspect your order upon delivery for any damages or missing items. In the rare event of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for replacements at no extra charge.
